Return & Refund Policy – NextTier Collectibles

At NextTier Collectibles, we take pride in delivering high-quality trading cards, collectibles, and graded items. Please review our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.


All Sales Are Final (with Exceptions Below)

Due to the nature of collectibles, most items are non-returnable, including but not limited to:

  • Trading cards (raw or sealed)

  • Graded cards and comics (PSA, CGC, etc.)

  • Sealed products (booster packs, boxes, tins)

  • Limited edition or collectible items


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, we will make it right.

To request a resolution:

  • Contact us within 3 days of delivery

  • Provide clear photos of:

    • The item

    • The packaging

    • The shipping label

Once reviewed, we will offer:

  • A replacement (if available), or

  • A full or partial refund


Return Eligibility (If Approved)

Returns are only accepted if:

  • The item was incorrectly shipped or significantly damaged

  • The request is made within 3 days of delivery

  • The item is in the same condition it was received

We do not accept returns for:

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Market price changes

  • Opened sealed products


Shipping Costs

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

  • Return shipping (if applicable) is the responsibility of the buyer unless the error was on our end


Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet shipped. Once shipped, the order falls under this return policy.


Refund Processing

If a refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Please allow 3–7 business days for processing after approval
